When is my payment due?

50% of your session is due upon booking, the rest is due the day of your session (with the exception of Mini Sessions; they are to be paid in full). You can pay in full if you wish for any regular portrait sessions as well. The 50% retainer is nonrefundable, but may transfer to a rescheduled session. See below…

What is your cancelation policy?

Your retainer/deposit secures your session. If we need to cancel due to sickness, weather, or another unforeseen problem, you have one year to reschedule your session. You will not have to pay another retainer for a rescheduled session.

What is your editing turn around time?

Expect a full gallery of edited images in 2-3 weeks! If you schedule a session during our peak busy season, your gallery may take a little longer but you’ll be notified before booking if that is the case!

Can I order prints from you?

Yes! When I deliver your edited gallery, you can download the images from there and also order prints! There is a large selection of paper types, print sizes, and wall art!

Will you photograph any time of the day?

I choose to photograph during the golden hour or close to- that’s the hour before sunset or the hour after sunrise! This time of day gives a warm beautiful glow to your images. Photographing mid-day when the sun is at its highest creates harsh shadows, unflattering light, and squinty eyes.

Do you have a client closet?

Can I purchase RAW files?

Part of the art involving photography is the photographers editing style. RAW images only showcases half of the work and doesn’t fully represent Wild Sol Photography!

I deliver professionally edited images in JPEG format only.
